FAQs
Considering getting help with an assignment, essay or dissertation — but want straight answers first? You are in the right place. Below are the questions UK students ask us most, answered honestly. Anything we have missed, just ask us directly: ask a question on WhatsApp.
How much does assignment help cost?
Our prices start from £20 per 1,000 words for undergraduate work at a standard deadline of 14 days or more. Shorter deadlines cost more (7 days from £26, 3 days from £32, 48 hours from £40, 24 hours from £48 per 1,000 words), and Masters and PhD work carries a small uplift. Every order includes a title page, reference list, plagiarism report, formatting and unlimited revisions free. See the full table on our pricing page, or send us your brief for an exact quote.
How do I order?
It takes a couple of minutes. Message us on WhatsApp or send the quote form with your assignment brief, word count and deadline. We reply with an exact price and delivery time, in writing. If you are happy, we match your task to a subject specialist and work begins. You can talk to us on WhatsApp at every stage, and your finished work arrives by the agreed deadline with its plagiarism report.
Is the work original? Will it pass Turnitin?
Every piece of work is written from scratch for your brief — never copied, recycled or bought from an essay bank. Each order comes with a plagiarism report so you can check its originality yourself before you use it. Because the work is produced as a model answer for you to study from and base your own writing on, it is written and referenced the way your markers expect: properly sourced, properly cited, and in your own academic style of referencing.
Is using a service like this allowed?
Our service provides expert study support: model answers, worked examples and guidance that show you how a strong answer to your brief is researched, structured and referenced. Used that way — as a study aid you learn from before writing your own work — it works in the same way as a textbook example or a tutor’s model essay. We explain our approach openly on our academic integrity page, and we always recommend checking your own university’s guidance on academic support. What we will never do is encourage you to submit work that is not your own understanding.
Will my university or anyone else find out I used you?
No. Confidentiality is absolute. We never share your details, your brief or your order with your university or any third party, and we do not publish anything about our students. You can even ask your questions under just a first name — we only need the details of the task itself to help you. We have supported 1,000+ UK students on that basis.
How fast can you turn work around?
Our standard deadline is 14 days or more, which is also our cheapest rate. We regularly work to 7-day and 3-day deadlines, and urgent help is available at 48-hour and 24-hour rates. The honest rule: the more notice you give us, the better the price — so message us as soon as you have your brief, even if the deadline feels far away. For exams and timed assessments, see our exam help page for how preparation support works.
What if I need changes? Are revisions free?
Yes — revisions are free and unlimited where the work does not match the brief you gave us. Read your model answer, compare it against your assignment brief and marking criteria, and tell us what needs adjusting: an extra section, a different source, a reworked argument. We will revise it. If your requirements change completely (a new topic or a much longer word count), that counts as new work, and we will quote the difference honestly before starting.
Who writes the work?
Subject specialists — writers matched to your topic and study level, not generalists writing about everything. A nursing care plan goes to a healthcare specialist, a law problem question to someone who works with case law and OSCOLA referencing every week. Every piece is checked for structure, referencing and originality before it reaches you. If you want to see the standard of writing before ordering, ask us on WhatsApp and we will happily talk you through examples of the structure and referencing style we use.
Which referencing styles do you cover?
All the main UK styles: Harvard (including the Cite Them Right version most UK universities use), APA, OSCOLA for law, Vancouver for health sciences, MHRA, Chicago and IEEE. Just tell us your university’s style — or send us your referencing guide — and your reference list will follow it exactly. New to Harvard? Our Harvard referencing guide explains it with examples.
How do I pay?
Payment details are confirmed with you personally on WhatsApp before any work starts, so you always know exactly what you are paying, what it covers and when, before you commit anything. No work begins until your quote and arrangements are agreed in writing — and asking for a quote is always free and carries no obligation.
What if something goes wrong?
If we cannot match a suitable expert to your task, or cannot meet your deadline, we will tell you straight away rather than taking your order. If work we deliver does not meet the brief you provided, free revisions put it right — and if we have genuinely failed to deliver what was agreed, we will discuss a fair resolution with you, including a refund where that is the right outcome. We would rather resolve a problem properly than hide from it: our business depends on students recommending us.
Can you help with just part of my work?
Absolutely — partial help is one of the most common things we do. One dissertation chapter, a literature review, a methodology section, a set of calculations checked, an introduction that will not come together: send us the part you are stuck on. Our dissertation help page explains chapter-by-chapter support, and every service is priced by word count, so you only pay for the help you actually need.
Do you help with exams and online tests?
We provide exam preparation and support: revision plans, topic clinics, practice questions with fully worked model answers, and guidance for take-home and open-book exams, where our experts can help you understand the questions and how to structure strong answers. Full details are on our exam help page. Tell us your exam date and topics as early as you can — preparation booked in advance always works better than the night before.
I am an international student. Can you still help?
Yes — a large part of our work is with international students adjusting to UK academic expectations: critical writing style, UK referencing, and how marking criteria actually work here. Your model answer will reflect UK academic conventions, and we are happy to explain the choices made in it so your own writing improves too. Start with a message on WhatsApp telling us your course and deadline.
